Stock Market

What is stock market?
It is the market where the trading or exchanges of shares are issued. Stock market is also known as the “buying and selling” of shares of different organizations or companies from which a marketer who buys that particular share can make a profit in the future. Involving in such a market can yield high earnings in your real life. It is also known as equity market.

Why do we need stock market?
It fills up the scarcity of money for the particular companies by allowing the exchange of shares to the general public. It helps to the company in the case of economic liquidity. This is very easy way to invest and earn. So when you heard the news of very excellent company that opens shares for public then don`t miss to buy the shares of that company if you really want to be rich in the coming days. When you buy that share, you will be the ownership or member of that company and will be responsible to get benefit equally among the share holder. Share holder is a person who buys share of a company or organization.

Benefit from stock market
When the price of stock or shares raise up, you will get profit. When the company as a whole is in the state of benefit, you will be paid equal amount of bonus and benefit among the share holders.

When do you have to feel lose in the stock market?
If the price of stock (share) goes down then you will be in the state of lose. But, lose in the share value is very rare case; it may recover in the next time or after some days. So we can neglect the lose in the stock market. There is almost the probability of gain.
